Construction Administration, Associate
Chris Craddock has been directly involved in the construction industry since 1981 with more than seven billion dollars’ worth of completed projects to his credit. Chris has served as DFW Consulting Group’s Construction Administrator since 2006. He works with the design team early in the project and becomes the primary point of contact during the construction phase and after project completion. His organizational skills have proven extremely effective for the tracking, timely review, and distribution of the documents created during the design and construction process. His background of field experience allows him to review all manner of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and special systems for quality and conformance with the contract documents.
Chris’s project experience includes high-rise structures, mission critical facilities, broadcast studios, healthcare facilities, regional retail stores, major distribution centers with automated robotic systems, land development, and bridge and highway. His ground-up construction experience allows him to communicate and work with all levels of management and labor.
Chris graduated from The Auburn University College of Architecture, Design, and Construction with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and Minor in Business. Prior to joining DFW Consulting Group he was a project manager for Newbanks Construction Consultants and a Resident Engineer for JCPenney Construction Services.
