Demorest, GA

A small private college in Georgia, Piedmont College was seeing a rise in student enrollment and sought construction of a new student commons. The building includes an atrium, bookstore, dining area, recreation center, conference center, and student organization offices.

The commons features a rock climbing wall, indoor track and gym, and racquetball court.

The project included modifications to the underground utility distribution system, master plan of MEP systems infrastructure, and a new 15kV primary electrical distribution system.

Student enrollment is on the rise on Piedmont College, subsequently a new student commons was added to the college as a much needed amenity to students.
