The North Central Medical Plaza was a large undertaking split into two phases. The first phase consisted of a five (5) story surgery center with 20,000 sqft dedicated to ten (10) operating rooms, four (4) procedure rooms, imaging suites and physical therapy. The second phase included a 140,000 sqft, six (6) story medical office building. Over 25 tenant finish projects were complete between the two buildings that DFW Consulting Group took part in.
