DFW Consulting Group performed all MEP design services for Epsilon's two-building headquarters. The first phase consisted of finish-out for an existing 75,000 sqft facility. The second phase brought the construction of a two-story stand-alone shell office totaling about 53,000. The site features a 5,000 sqft data center, cafeteria, fitness center, courtyard between the two buildings, and parking for approximately 800 vehicles.
