DFW Consulting Group served as the MEP engineer on the first of many intellicenter facilities. The Dallas Intellicenter is a four-story, 200,000 sqft facility designed and built with efficiency and sustainability in mind. Every aspect of the facility is focused on decreasing operating costs and increasing productivity. This includes: improved indoor air, lighting and acoustical quality, under-floor air distribution, and high-performance systems. The project is LEED Silver Certified.
