3000 Internet Blvd (C3)150,000 SQFT, 6-story building with 2-story entrance lobby and granite walls. The building also has a detached covered garage.
3101 Gaylord Pkwy (D1) 133,000 SQFT, 3-story building with dedicated first floor mailboxes and express delivery services. This building included supplemental design of a ‘knuckle connector’ between buildings D1 & D2.
3200 Internet Blvd (D2) 130,000 SQFT, 3-story office building built with similar style and available amenities as D1.
3011 Internet Blvd (G4) 120,000 SQFT, 3-story office building.
3211 Internet Blvd (G5) 90,000 SF, 3-story office building.
3010 Gaylord Pkwy (E1) This facility serves as the Hall Financial Building. It is a 150,000 SQFT, 3-story building that includes an outdoor Zen garden.
2801 Dallas Pkwy (F2) 80,000 SQFT, 4-story Class A building with surface parking lots.
3001 Dallas Pkwy (T1) 200,000 SQFT8-story Class AA building designed for LEED Certification. Design includes an open parking garage and 10-foot ceiling with floor to ceiling windows.
3201 Dallas Pkwy (T2) 300,000 SF, 12-story office building with a 4-story 310,000 SF parking garage. (Not yet-constructed)
