The client tasked DFWCGI with the heat rejection design for their 15-MW active learning and display center, where their immersion tanks were used for active hosting to support bit-mining operations. The project involved designing the piping distribution, flow control mechanisms, pumping systems and closed loop fluid coolers. The power systems were also modified to support the new mechanical heat rejection equipment. Additionally, control sequences were provided to ensure proper flows and temperatures were supplied to the immersion tank heat exchangers, allowing for stable server operations. DFWCGI facilitated the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) of the system, as well as the commissioning (Cx), and startup.
