Dental School Relocation

Dallas College strategically relocated their Dental school from a leased facility off Mockingbird Lane to a building they own in downtown Dallas (Paramount Building). The Fifth floor of the Paramount Building is approximately 20,000 square feet and is currently in construction for conversion from an office space to a full, active dental practice with teaching/learning attributes. The project renovated the entire HVAC system on the floor and reconnected to the Owner’s central utilities. Vacuum and compressed air systems were added to support the dental functions.
