The new church development in Southlake, Texas was presented with several options of construction and eventually each option was designed and constructed. The church campus includes an 8,000 seat Worship Center of approximately 192,600 SQFT, a Commons/Lobby (including kitchen, food court, and bookstore; at about 187,800 SQFT), a 280,600 SQFT Children’s Education Building, a Youth/Family Life Building of approximately 159,000 SQFT, an Adult Education/Administration Building of about 228,500 SQFT, a 25,000 SQFT Chapel Building, and an 83,500 SQFT Prayer Center Building. The campus is served by a 29,000 SQFT divided Central Utility Plant.
