The new Panhandle State Hospital at Amarillo is a new regional 75-bed state psychiatric hospital, sited in Amarillo, Texas. Over three floors, cut into a sloping grade, this new psychiatric hospital will contain 75 inpatient beds, shared patient treatment malls and a hospital-wide patient therapy/downtown.

Support services shall include clinical ancillary spaces, administrative services, IT, facilities management, food service areas and dining. All patient spaces shall have secure access to the outdoors for patient and staff experience and tranquility. This new state-of-the-art facility will enable a continuum of brain health care in panhandle area of Texas.
