Ground-up broadcast facility with a special independent studio for the renowned Slavi Show. The facility housed two additional large studios, broadcast equipment, editing, and audio and video control rooms. The top floor housed numerous executives and support personnel for the SKY Europe organization.

The broadcast equipment was fully backed up by UPS and generator power. The HVAC system was a variable air volume system utilizing locally sourced air handling units and terminal control devices.

Grounding systems, air-conditioning control systems for studios, low-voltage cabling distribution pathways, detailed power, grounding, and air-conditioning for the IT and Tech Core areas.
