We were privileged to be part of the design team for this impressive facility. The design included a new multi-purpose 20,000 SF production studio and a 100,000 SF five-story production and broadcast facility. Included in the design was the News Center which reports the latest NASCAR events.

The facility is in a new twenty- story high-rise building in downtown Charlotte, NC.

In addition, we designed the state-of-the-art NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum that was housed on the plaza level.

Design of a large complex Tech Core in a high-rise building. Grounding systems, air-conditioning control systems for studios, low-voltage cabling distribution pathways, detailed power, grounding, and air-conditioning for the IT and Tech Core areas.
