The Sewell family of dealerships was in need of a brand refresh for the Cadillac showroom and sales office in Grapevine, Texas. The project consisted of a full renovation and conversion of the showroom and service drive.

The project consisted of replacing the mechanical units supporting the showroom, updating the restroom fixtures and services to be ADA and code compliant, and reworking of the facility electrical and lighting systems to meet the new floor plan needs and satisfy modern codes. The service drive was modified to support new technologies to improve the customer experience, as well as modifying the service drive heating to improve customer and sales associate satisfaction.
