WBAL

WBAL was an existing 60,000 square foot television and radio broadcast facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The facility was constructed in the early 1960s and the mechanical systems had aged past their useful service life or were becoming increasing unreliable. The scope of the project was to install new mechanical infrastructure (consisting of an air-cooled chiller plant, several air handling units, pumps, and chilled water distribution piping) and to remove old chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, chilled water distribution piping, and condenser water distribution piping.
